DANGEROUSNESS HALTED

Gitmo isn’t the only prison in Cuba:

Cuba’s communist government has jailed 13 more political opponents this year, most on charges of “dangerousness,” a veteran rights activist reported Tuesday.

The report released Tuesday by the Havana-based Cuban Commission on Human Rights and Reconciliation said the total number of political prisoners as of June 30 was 306.

In lieu of any Western activists complaining about this, let’s burn some commie iconography instead.

1. Gitmo is the only prison that counts.  If you listen to Senator Turban Durbin, that is.

2. If you can’t burn any lefty iconography, how about hiding some books in borders?  I regularly hide books there.  I don’t hide anything and everything left wing.  There are many important left wing writers, who, though I disagree with them, have got a strong argument to make.  However, the nasty books like that graphic one called ‘Palestione’ by Sisco are fair game to be hid as far as I am concerned, along with the Bush is a moron/fascist/dumbass ones.

   I strongly disagree.  Finding these weird lefty books is how I became “really” right wing.

   You should merely relocate anti-collectivist books nearby so people can work it out for themselves.

4. Yeah, you’re probably right.  But when you see a shelf full of moronic books, with no balance (I had to ask them to order Unfit for Command and the Anti-chomsky reader - they didn’t have them on the shelves) you sometimes want to make your own efforts at shop arranging.

5. My local bookshop doesn’t seem to stock the ‘Cuban political prison cookbook’ - “we start with the tastiest part of the chicken: the neck”.
