  8. Wow, what a wonderful throaty sound from those engines; much more pleasing than that buzz-saw whine of today’s F1 cars.

    of course, when I want to watch real racing I watch the opening sequence of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang...

  9. I loved that first lap, despite being retired and the race being more or less a social gathering for many years both drivers got all competitive.
