WOG BLOG MOG TRAVELOGUE

Attention, Englanders! The beautiful Wogblogger moves amongst you. Lately in Bath, she’s since progressed to Shower Curtain or Sink or whatever other towns are nearby. The purpose of WB’s journey is to drive a Morgan (a 4/4, to be precise, already hired) from Land’s End to John O’ Groats; this has been her ambition for some considerable time. Meanwhile, thrill to some unique photoblogging, and please contact her if you’re up for a drink and a chat, or if you know of any terrorist plans focused on wooden-framed British sportscars.

  1. I visited Bath once, long ago.  A nice place.  Good beer, as I recall.  Sounds like a lot of fun!  Too bad I’m not up for a drink or a chat…..

  3. A MORGAN!!! A ‘50s model with the ‘bonnet’ leather tie-down straps??!!  Oh, that brings a memory rush, when three of us had bloke sports cars.  An MG TF, an Austin Healey 100-4, and my Jag, a ‘53 XK-120 coupe - oh, the rat racing we did!  Saw the occasional Morgan in the States, and only once, a Messerschmidt 3-wheeler (which was more unusual than sporty).

  5. The Wog did a road trip through the North Coast of NSW a few months ago, and wrote one of the best travelogues I have had the privilege to read on the Web.

    It should still be on her archives, go “read the whole thing” as they say on the intermanet thingy.
